To rent a self-drive car from Afroja Travels, you need a valid driver’s license, a government-issued photo ID (such as an Aadhaar or passport), and a refundable security deposit. International travelers may require a valid passport and an international driver’s permit.
Yes, all our self-drive cars come with basic insurance coverage. However, in case of damage or an accident, the renter is liable for costs exceeding the insurance coverage limit. Optional full coverage is also available for added peace of mind.
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets such as Google Pay and Paytm. For corporate bookings, bank transfers are also available. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
You can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time may incur a fee as per our policy. Please contact customer support for assistance.
Late returns are subject to additional charges based on the hourly or daily rental rate. We recommend informing our team in advance if you anticipate a delay to avoid complications.
